About Me

I am a game producer and operations leader based in Austin, Texas. I specialize in bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum to complex creative work, particularly when success depends on several disciplines working toward the same goal.

Before entering game development, I served 26 years in the United States Army and retired as a First Sergeant. That experience shaped how I lead today: understand the objective, communicate clearly, take care of the team, identify risks early, and remain steady when the pressure rises. I learned that strong leadership is not about having every answer. It is about creating the conditions for talented people to do their best work.

In game production, I have applied that approach to projects including Gears of War: E-Day at The Coalition Studio and The Bureau of Fantastical & Arcane Affairs at Hip Flask Games. My work has included coordinating across creative and technical disciplines, managing dependencies and production plans, supporting milestone execution, improving visibility, and helping teams turn decisions into actionable work.

I am especially drawn to the space where story, design, technology, and production meet. I enjoy learning how each discipline works, understanding what teams need from one another, and building practical systems that keep the creative vision moving forward without losing sight of quality or the people doing the work. After a career built around service and responsibility, I now bring that same commitment to game development. My goal is simple: help talented teams communicate clearly, solve difficult problems, and create memorable experiences for players.
